MoonLight terms of use.
The following terms define how MoonLight 1 Preview chat and API may be used. The final text should be reviewed by a legal professional before public launch.
1. Service
MoonLight 1 Preview is provided for text generation, code assistance, and integration tests through chat and API. Because the model is in preview, answers may not always be complete, accurate, or final.
2. API access
After checkout, an access token is assigned to the user. The user must keep the token private, avoid sharing it with third parties, and remain responsible for unauthorized traffic.
3. Price and billing
The current checkout package provides 1M token access for $0.10. Usage reporting is based on backend token logs and payment provider data.
4. Taxes and payment fees
Taxes, government fees, bank fees, payment provider fees, chargeback fees, or regional charges are paid by the user. Additional charges shown in checkout or invoice may be added to the total.
5. Prohibited use
The service may not be used for malicious code, spam, fraud, unauthorized scraping, illegal collection of personal data, or harm against other users.
6. Liability limit
MoonLight answers are advisory. For important financial, legal, medical, or security decisions, the user must perform independent verification.
Refund
Used tokens are usually non-refundable. If there is a technical issue, a refund may be reviewed manually.
Availability
During preview, maintenance, model updates, or rate limits may temporarily affect availability.
